The programme
FoodCoP is a pioneering initiative designed to create lasting impacts in the transformation of food systems. The project focuses on three key objectives:

A Phased Approach to Innovation
FoodCoP unfolds in three strategic phases:
- Laying the Foundation – The project begins by developing a conceptual framework and engaging key stakeholders. Best practices are analyzed to shape a collaborative agenda and design pilot initiatives.
- Building a Transformative Community of Practice (CoP) – This phase focuses on resource optimization, collective learning, and co-creation methodologies to drive innovation.
- Ensuring Sustainability and Resilience – The final phase emphasizes long-term impact by leveraging FoodCoP ambassadors and extensive dissemination efforts to share successes and insights.
